View Larger Image   Billings & Spencer Adjustable Bicycle Wrench   Description: This is a very clean early bicycle wrench marked "BILLINGS & SPENCER CO. HARTFORD, CONN. C.E. BILLINGS PAT'D FEB. 18TH 1879". in nice crisp, clear lettering. It has an 1/32nd inch scale on the inside bar showing the size it's opened to. The wrench has no rust, no damage, and little sign of use, mostly minor toolbox type dings.
