It is in good+ condition with all three location brass pins in place, and cracks, some darkening on the finish in some areas, good to good+ markings. The rule is marked "KEEN KUTTER K320" and has a some company logo following the mark. The caliper is snug fitting, and has a "H" neatly stamped on it.
