Stearns patented model, although their name stamp is somewhat filled in with old black Jappaning. This is a good quality sizing tool with an eight positition guide, a good sharp cutter with plenty of length, about 30% of the original Jappaning intact, no rust or pitting, no cracks, a good sharp cutter with plenty of length.
