NEW HAVEN CONN. MADE IN U.S.A." & "BERNARD" (on the handles). Overall the cutters are in excellent working condition, with no wear seen on the cutting edges. Minor scratches noted on the handles no rust. A very nice old tool, very good jaw alignment and control! Measures: 4.1" long, the jaws are .25" wide total (1/8" x 2), and have a baring surface of about 3/16".
