Stanley No. 5 Jack Plane Type 15

Description:
This is a nice clean Stanley Bailey No. 5 Jack Plane. Made between 1923-1935. This plane is clean, has a nice near full length cutter, sharp and ready to work. The casting has no cracks, few scratches, nice clean bare metal surfaces. The black Japanning is about 85% intact. The cap cover has the Stanley trade mark in orange on it and has lost about 50% of it's nickel plating. The rosewood handles are in great shape, very little wear, very nice finish, solid no cracks. A good Jack plane, ready to work!
