View Larger Image   Cygnet 8 Inch Adjustable Wrench   Description: This is a rarely seen, heavy duty, adjustable type wrench marked "CYGNET MFG. CO. INC. PATENTED BUFFALO N.Y. 8" " in raised lettering on the handle area. This is a thumbscrew gear jaw drive design, but in addition to that is a spring loaded level part of the handle that I believe is suppose to keep the moving jaw from moving while presure is being applied to the handle while wrenching a nut or bolt. A interest design, with 9/16" wide jaws at the widest point, in good condition overall. This is a nice straight wrench with no rust and a little bit of wear.
