View Larger Image   Brace Bit Stock Drill Spiral Bit Set of 6 & Cloth Case   Description: Offering this nice, hard to find, set of 6 different bit stock, spiral bits or drills. These are heat treated type bits, for wood, metal, plastic etc. These particular type bits have the standard tapered lead with the spiral type flutes. All have the tapered bit stock end to fit into old style and most newer style braces, and some archimedian drills too. The sizes begin at .19" diameter, and go up to the largest size of .50" diameter drill size. (3/16", 1/4", 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 diameter sizes included). Most are marked by the maker, either "G.T.D." (Greenfield Tool & Die) or S.T. CO. (Standard Tool Co.). All bits are clean, not rusty, or damaged, sharp, and useable. The longest bit is 7" long overall. All come in a newer 6 pocket case, made of heavy cotton duck material with a flap to cover the bits, and snap closure. The pocket case is in very good condition. The cloth case is 5.5" x 8" with the flap closed laying flat.
