Dupont China blue \'Textured\' lacquer lighter (big line 1) NEW in box For Sale

Trattasi di uno straordinario modello di accendino della Dupont, la grande casa francese produttrice di penne ed accendini di lusso, un modello \"vintage\" databile primi anni \'90, un accendino della fascia alta di gamma, con una bella ed importante laccatura sulle quattro facce, una laccatura molto particolare , a due toni nei colori del blue, chiaro e scuro, con una lavorazione che lo fa assomigliare alla lavorazione di un tessuto da abito.
Il corpo è laminato in oro rosa, ed il rosa èp piuttosto raro, con un rivestimento in vera lacca cinese. (Trattasi del vero procedimento orientale di laccatura, cinese e giapponese, lungo e complesso, differente dal trattamento a laccatura fredda oggigiorno ormai quasi universalmente usato perché molto meno complesso e costoso).
Questo accendino, della serie Ligne 1, è assolutamente NUOVO, mai venduto, mai usato, ovviamente super-perfetto e ben funzionante, i micro-segnetti sulla laccatura, quasi invisibili, sono dovuto al tempo ed ai vari spostamenti e non all\'uso.
La misura è quella più grande della Ligne 1, ma pur essendo classico è abbastanza moderno come linea, essendo di dimensioni comunque \"facili\".
Le dimensioni sono 58 x 35 x 14mm, ed è completo della scatola, della garanzia in bianco, del libricino Dupont e della controscatola esterna.

This is a very distinctive two-tone lacquer finish in shades of light and dark blue, with a texture that resembles the pattern of a suit fabric.
The body is rose gold-plated, and the rose gold is rather rare, with a coating of genuine Chinese lacquer. (This refers to the authentic Eastern lacquering process, Chinese and Japanese, which is long and complex, differing from the cold lacquering treatment now almost universally used because it is far less complex and expensive).
This lighter, from the Ligne 1 series, is absolutely BRAND NEW, never sold, never used, obviously in immaculate condition and in perfect working order; the micro-scratches on the lacquer, almost invisible, are due to age and handling rather than use.
It is the largest size in the Ligne 1 range, but whilst classic in style, its design is quite modern, and its dimensions remain ‘easy’ to handle.
