Authenticity and Sourcing
All items are 100% authentic and sourced through authorised distributors or established retail partners. We do not sell proxy, counterfeit or resealed products.
If an item is supplied without factory sealing by the distributor or manufacturer, this will be stated clearly in the listing. The contents remain the same as the standard retail release.
Condition
Sealed products are brand new and unopened unless otherwise stated. Minor factory variations, including centring, print or surface imperfections, may occur and are not normally considered damage.

Packaging Standards
Cards are protected with sleeves and rigid holders where appropriate. Boxes and larger items are securely cushioned and double-boxed when necessary. Fragile labels are used where suitable.
Pre-orders and Stock Status
For pre-order listings, the expected release date and dispatch window will be shown near the top of the description. Orders will be dispatched within the stated window once stock has arrived.
If the expected date changes significantly, we will contact you through Messages. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
Handling, Shipping and Delivery
Our standard handling time is 2β6 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Tracked services may include Royal Mail Tracked, SpeedPAK, DHL, UPS and FedEx, depending on the destination and parcel size.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2β5 working days within the United Kingdom and approximately 7β17 days internationally. Delivery times may vary during customs processing, peak periods, adverse weather or other carrier delays.
Postage rates shown apply to mainland United Kingdom unless otherwise stated. For Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and some Scottish Highlands locations, please contact us before purchase if a separate quote is required.

Tracking and First Scan
A tracking number may be uploaded when the shipping label is created, before the carrier completes its first acceptance scan. Tracking normally begins updating within 24β48 hours after the parcel has been handed over.
During busy periods, the first scan may appear later even though the parcel is already with the carrier.
Returns and After-Sales
Where a return is accepted for a sealed collectible product, the item should remain unopened and in its original condition. Once opened, a return may not be accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery, and we will help arrange the appropriate return, replacement or resolution.
For transit damage claims, clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packing and affected item are very helpful. If available, a short unboxing video can also help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Combined Orders and Pricing
Combined postage is available where practical. You can check out as normal and any excess postage can be refunded after packing, or message us before purchase if you would prefer a combined offer.
Stock may also be reserved by prior agreement.
Communication
We normally reply to Messages within 24 hours on business days. Replies over weekends and public holidays may take up to 48 hours.
If there is a significant change to stock availability or dispatch timing, we will contact you through Messages and provide the available options, including cancellation before dispatch where applicable.

Tracking may show scans at our local processing hub before the parcel moves on to the destination delivery network. This is normal and does not indicate a delivery issue.
