Offered here is a very rare Sarsaparilla or Iron Water bottle. This is a BIM with an applied finish. A very clean aqua glass. Beautiful slug embossing. I am going to say that there are no notable after production blemishes on this bottle. The seams are crude and the bottle is Seeded. The applied top as a slight drip. There us a linear mark on the neck of the back of the bottle. This appears to have happened during the manufacturing process as it seems to be tooled and and fixed by the glass maker. It appears near the neck stress on the bottle. However it could be after production damage. You can feel the mark with your nail but it doesn't have the characteristics of a hit or external Crack. In my opinion. This is my opinion only. I have seen thousands of bottles, plenty with hits that developed from being discarded. This is a rare find.
