Fair- leather tab will be worn and stretched but not cut or damaged, metal will be worns, as well as the web. It will be fully functional.
Good- Leather tab may have some wear, but no stretching. web and metal will have some wear.
Very Good - Leather tab will have little to no wear, The web and metal may have some wear.
Best - little to no wear on the leather tab and metal parts.
