⁠Vintage Dunlop Tires Duralite Lighted Clock Sign 1960’s Dealer Read Des For Sale

The sign has had some restoration (some screws replaced , nuts and washers) there is no cracking on the face of the sign. Has original light. The cord has been replaced. The clock mechanism keeps good time but the hour hand needs some adjusting, am not comfortable doing it as I’m not knowledgeable in that area. The hour hand doesn’t move as freely as the minute hand . The minute hand keeps perfect time. Maybe needs tightened or loosened. The photos will show you all the scratches on the piece.
