Condition: Pre-owned condition with flaws. TESTED AND WORKS! As is very common with these items, some aspects have come unglued from the base and will need to be re-glued. These include the triangular street sign to the left (\"Dungeon master\'s...\"), the hanging sign, and the bat that I believe goes on the weather vane. The weather vane has been broken and re-glued together poorly. The hanging sign has also been re-glued, and is now drooping - it probably needs to be re-glued. The hanging sign also has many white spots on it - not sure whether this was intended or is a flaw. There may be areas of paint wear / rubbing and/or sloppy painting due to the manufacturing process. The power cord may have some styrofoam stuck to it. Box has several areas of wear to the cardboard, particularly on the corners (still in sturdy condition though).
