This set features a desirable large No. 4 solid gold nib paired with an iridescent, carved mother-of-pearl handle.  Key Features & Details: Solid Gold #4 Nib: Stamped with a size 4, offering exceptional scale and gold weight compared to smaller standard nibs of the era.  Mother-of-Pearl Handle: Smooth, tapered nacre handle in gorgeous condition with beautiful lustre.  Gold-Tone Ferrule: Elaborately detailed metal sleeve/collar holding the nib firmly.  Original Presentation Case: Includes the rare, original fitted velvet-lined box bearing the iconic gold-leaf stamp inside the lid: "Edward Todd & Co.
