Moultrie for Lot 303, District 6, 3rd Section situated in the Eighteenth District of the First Section in Cherokee County known and distinguished in the plan of said District by the number 40 surveyed by M.G. Anderson on 14th May, 1832, issued from the Office of the Secretary of State, 13th February 1846. Registered in Book Cherokee 3:3:page 711 on 25th February 1846. Signed by H.C.
