Original 1904 State of Vermont Notary Public appointment certificate issued to L. F. Wilbur of Jericho, Vermont, Chittenden County. The printed certificate bears the Vermont state seal and certifies Wilbur\'s appointment by the Judges of the Chittenden County Court on December 1, 1904, with the oath administered at Jericho on December 2, 1904.
The reverse includes the printed appointment panel identifying L. F. Wilbur as Notary Public with the term expiration noted as November 30, 1906. The document contains original signatures of county officials and manuscript entries throughout, with recording by the Chittenden County Clerk.
Measures approximately 8\" x 10.5\". Folded as issued with expected age toning, light handling wear, and a few small areas of discoloration visible on the reverse. Please review all photos for condition and completeness.
