We offer this very cool1939 Casimer \"Jim\" Konstanty Signed Syracuse University Onondagan Yearbook Phillies. This amazingand rare 1939 Syracuse University Onondagan yearbook would be cool and unique on its own, but it features a number of autographs from several sports stars of the various Syracuse University teams. Most notably, former MLB pitcher, Jim Konstanty who went on to be a member of the Philadelphia Phillies \"Whiz Kids\" and was named the National League MVP for 1950. In the yearbook he signs his full name Casimer J. Konstanty, which has to be one of his earliest known signatures. Also in the yearbook, are a number of signatures of other Syracuse University athletes. There are a few signatures for the football team. There are also some signatures for baseball, boxing, and rowing.Also notably pictured in this yearbook, but as far as we can tell, did not sign, is the legendary Wilmeth Sidat-Singh, and 1936 Olympian Marty Glickman.The yearbook is from 1939, the year of the World\'s Fair that featured the Sphere and Trylon, which is depicted on the cover.
