1965 PENNSYLVANIA passenger license plate. Thin aluminum plate uses a golden yellow base with navy blue embossed lettering and rims. 100% original paint, with no touch-ups. Rims embossed in shape of state map.1965 PA bases were normally revalidated through \'70 until new base plates were issued in 1971, so can attach renewal sticker for any year through 1970. Sold by a former Philly and Pittsburgh resident, and guaranteed genuine.
