1970’s Orig. Menu L’Oustau De Baumaniere & Raymond Thuilier 3 Michelin Stars For Sale

This is an original menu from the Michelin 3 star restaurant L’Oustau de Baumaniere with owner / Chef Raymond Thuilier . Located at the foot of Les Baus-de-Provence. A favorite of celebrities and royalty, Queen Elizabeth II, Winston Churchill and Picasso. Founded in 1945 . From 1954 and for 36 consecutive years it maintained a 3 star Michelin rating. I have been asked if the front of the menu with the Art is in the frame and I don’t know. I tried to look but could not see without taking everything apart and didn’t want to that as it was framed really well and looks beautiful. I bought this at a church thrift shop on Cape Cod. Apparently a parishioner was going into a nursing home and this is one of 6 menus I bought from all highly rated French restaurants that she went to. Apparently her husband and her went to France a lot for work and frequented these fine establishments. The condition is really good with conservation glass. The size of the frame is 25 inches by 17 . 3/4. The frame is burl wood. Would look great in any home or business. She had this in her kitchen. My wife and I have been collecting prints and paintings for over 35 years with the intention of opening up a store. Now that we are retired we are selling on . The last couple years has ranked us a top 5% seller in the prints and paintings category.
