This week I\'m offering a number of old non-sport cards from various vintage sets. In 1971, Topps issued three series of cards featuring the popular TV series \"The Partridge Family.\" The different series are distinguished by different color borders - yellow, blue and green. The first two sets consist of 55 different cards, and the last one, featuring green borders, is 88 cards in size. The set is made up of studio publicity photos on the front, and the backs showcase information about the stars as well as a puzzle. The cards have remained popular with collectors.
Here I have a terrific starter lot of 29 cards (23 different) from the very tough green series. The green bordered cards were the last ones issued, and interest in the series was dying down by then, making these by far the most difficult Partridge Family cards to track down. The cards range in condition from pretty nice, with no creases, to a few that show creasing or other damage (see scans for condition). Not too bad for cards that are over fifty years old. This would be a terrific addition to any collection!
