Cosmetic: Very good vintage condition. The textured black casing, embossed front branding, and rear metal instruction plate are well-preserved and legible. Glass dial cover is clear and free of cracks; original leather carry strap is present and attached.
Functional: Untested / sold as-is for display or restoration due to age and lack of test leads. Both rotary switches turn smoothly with positive detents, and the mechanical cut-out button depresses correctly.
