Original Vintage 1975 Rich Little Jerry Vale Copa Room Restaurant Menu Sands Hotel Resort Casino Las Vegas Nevada
The Copa Room was the showroom of the Sands, which opened on the Las Vegas Strip in December 1952 under owner Jake Freedman, with the New York nightclub boss Jack Entratter running its entertainment. Entratter had come from the Copacabana in New York and built the room in that club\'s image, down to the costumed Copa Girls, and its roughly 400 seats became the most coveted stage in Las Vegas: Frank Sinatra began singing there in 1953, the room served as the Rat Pack\'s home base, and live albums including Sinatra at the Sands were recorded in it. The Sands closed on June 30, 1996 and was imploded on November 26, 1996, taking the Copa Room with it after a 44-year run.
It measures 14\" x 11.25\" closed and 20.25\" x 14\" open
