Since 2011, we have been selling samples of 85 different elements to collectors, investors, manufacturers, universities and other customers in nearly 100 countries worldwide. We stock samples of all stable elements that are available in collectible form.

International shipments sometimes require patience. Please note that the delivery times displayed by are estimates, not guarantees. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the business-day estimates below.

Delivery times may vary. International postal services can sometimes be very slow, and customs authorities in your country may take up to four weeks to process a shipment. We understand it\'s very inconvenient when your items are delayed or even lost during transport. Please note we have no control over international post services or customs processing in the destination country.

During holiday periods, delivery may take an additional 3?10 business days. We do not offer international expedited or express shipping as this is very expensive. We also do not offer international tracked shipping for less expensive parcels, due to the high costs.
3. Additional costs
Applicable VAT is handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the transaction. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
4. Offers
Offers on items with a combined listed price of less than US$10 will not be accepted. Offers that are substantially below the listed prices may also be rejected.
5. Minimum order
For deliveries to the destinations listed below, the minimum combined item value is US$150 including shipping, or the equivalent amount in the relevant currency. You may combine different items to meat this minimum. Orders below the minimum may be cancelled subject to \'s policies and applicable law.

6. Payment
Please complete payment within four business days. If you need more time, please contact us. We provide standard invoices and can provide VAT invoices by email upon request.
7. Shipping
Local pick-up is not available. We ship only to the buyer\'s own address in the country specified in the order. We do not ship to forwarding companies located outside that country. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or prevent delivery. We offer free economy shipping for almost all items. We usually combine shipping when you buy more items. In some cases we will ship your order in two or more parcels. We photograph every parcel before it is dispatched. All items are carefully packaged for shipment and usually dispatched within 0?2 business days of receiving payment. Please allow for time-zone differences when calculating dispatch times.
8. Arrival
More than 99% of our parcels arrive within the estimated delivery times. Please contact us by email first if your order has not arrived as described. Some elements may oxidize during shipping or after delivery. Where the degree of oxidation materially differs from what is shown or stated in the listing, please contact us. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where warranted. Despite careful packaging, a small proportion of glass vials may break during transport. We will replace any vial or other item that arrives damaged, broken in accordance with \'s policies and applicable law. In some cases, customs authorities may remove part of a sample for laboratory testing. As a result, your sample may arrive with less material than stated in the listing. In such cases, we will replace the missing material.
9. Return & Refunds
We guarantee that our items will conform to their descriptions. We will promptly address any concerns about inaccurate descriptions or unexpected impurities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. We will handle return requests fairly and in accordance with ?s policies and applicable law. If a buyer changes their mind or orders the wrong item, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs when requesting an exchange or refund. If an item is not as described of arrives damaged, we will handle the return and refund in accordance with applicable law and policies.

Please visit our shop to browse our available items. Some elements cannot be listed on because of national or international laws and regulations. Please note that the densities stated for each chemical element refer to the maximum density of the material. Powders and sintered forms generally have a much lower bulk density than solid pieces of the same element. Looking for an item that is not listed in our shop? Please contact us. Many of our items are photographed on 10 × 10 mm grid paper to show their size. Each unique item is exactly as shown in the photograph(s). Other samples, such as bulk materials and samples in vials might be slightly different from the photo(s). We source our products from reputable suppliers, but we do not independently test every item to verify the purity specified by the supplier. Certificates of analysis for individual items may be available upon request before purchase, at cost.
