Lions Clubs International Friendship/Exchange Banners

This is a collection of 22 vintage Lions Clubs International friendship and exchange banners representing clubs and districts from eight countries: the United States, Japan, France, the Netherlands, England, Denmark, Turkey, and Australia.

These colorful cloth banners and pennants were traditionally exchanged between Lions Clubs during international conventions, club visits, and other gatherings. The collection features a wide variety of designs, including Lions International emblems, municipal coats of arms, regional landmarks, and commemorative graphics.

Several banners are dated to the 1970s and early 1980s, including examples honoring Lions International directors.

Some banners exhibit discoloration, spotting, wrinkles, creases, minor staining, and wear to their decorative fringe, cords, and tassels. Several retain their original hanging rods and decorative hardware.

   The banners have not been cleaned or restored and are offered in their original vintage condition.
