These three pamphlet size \"The Gas Company\" recipe books are each 20 pages long including covers. The home economists for the The Gas Company provided the recipes. There is also a page in one that has suggestions for table decorations. Another has hints for keeping the Christmas spirit all year round. The 1953 pamphlet also lists the Central Electric Company as an advertiser--the name at some point becoming Central Electric and Gas Company with General Offices in Lincoln, Nebraska. The areas of The Gas Company and the Electric Company that are included are listed on a map on the back cover of the 1953 issue.
The cooking pamphlets are in very good to excellent condition. The 1953 has a rust mark on the back from a paper clip. That is the only concerning question of condition.
