Really neat folk art-y piece, believed to be a ship's bullseye - or similar - from the British Navy Destroyer HMS Windsor, dated 1921. Someone has attached a Sonny Boy Cigar label to one side, and looking closely there is some sort of official seal, but I can't make it out. It is almost 5 pounds and is about 5 inches high with a 5 inch diameter.
