This is a very rare autograph of Admiral Edward Blaine Fenner.Fenner graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in 1901. During various tours of duty both afloat and ashore, he commanded cruisers and cruiser divisions and served as commandant of four naval districts. He was commandant of the 13th., Naval District before his retirement in September, 1940This autograph was collected in 1933.
