Antique 10.5” Spelter Musician Figure/Statue For Sale

Up for your consideration is a vintage/antique 10.5” spelter musician figure/statue.

This piece is coming from my parents estate. I feel like I’m driving blind on this piece. I know nothing about it. What I share with you is by sight, not knowledge of ownership. It appears that this piece is part of something, maybe a lamp, or an oil lamp, or maybe it even had a marble base. I just know that the bottom does not look complete to me. I believe this is supposed to be a musician judging by the way the figure is holding his hands. If so, the instrument is missing. There is a a little dent in the ring of the base as shown in photos. It will need definitely need to be cleaned. I did not see any markings. Please zoom in on the photos to see all you will get in this lot and a better idea of condition.
