In addition to the nails, the back has some tape to secure the porcelain panel in place.
I haven't been able to look on the reverse of the panel but it may be KPM? The quality is certainly there..

Condition:Nice antique condition with wear commensurate with age and use. There are some parts of the frame that are missing, hardly noticeable.
