Up for sale is a remarkably well-preserved, authentic antique Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottle dating back to the 1920s. This is the iconic 14-ounce, 8-sided (octagonal) paneled glass bottle design that helped build the Heinz empire.
What makes this piece truly exceptional is the survival of its original, highly fragile paper labels. Most bottles from this era are found buried in the ground with the paper long gone. This piece was clearly stored safely indoors for the last century.

Main Label: Features the classic Heinz graphics, noting that the recipe is "Free From Benzoate of Soda"—a famous marketing campaign following the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906.
Neck Label: Intact and legible, displaying the historical Heinz purity guarantees.
Base Markings:The bottom of the bottle features clear, deep embossed markings for serious collectors:
"H.J. HEINZ CO." around the top rim.
"PATD" at the bottom rim (referencing the original 1893 design patent).
"255" (The specific Heinz internal style code for this 14oz bottle).
"O" inside a square (The official manufacturer mark for the Owens Bottle Company, dating this piece to the 1920s).
Condition:The glass is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or major bruising. The paper labels show beautiful, authentic age toning and minor wear consistent with a 100-year-old item, but remain incredibly intact and readable. The original vintage cap is still securely in place.
