Here we have a beautiful early 19th Century French porcelain case clock signed to the movement ROYER A PARIS. This piece consists of the clock and it\'s base.This beautiful clock and base is wonderfully shaped and is exquisitely painted and gilt.The 8-day pendulum movement strikes the hours and once at half past on a bell. The engine-turned and gilt dial is set out with Roman Numerals.

The movement is happily ticking away having been recently cleaned and serviced.

Approximate MAXIMUM dimensions with the clock on its stand position are : 8 1/4 inches / 21 cm wide x 5 1/8 inches / 23 cm deep x 13 1/4 cm / 33.5 cm high

CONDITION: The clock and base is in lovely condition just minor marks commensuratewith age and use as can be seen from the photographs. There is also a small chip and crack to the finial, please view the last two photographs. The clock ishappilyticking away, having been recently been cleaned and serviced.
