Antique 19th c Stumpwork Basket of Tulips on Black Velvet Embroidery For Sale

I don’t know how this was done. The stitches are perfect. The black velvet and beige linen cloths are held together by the stitches. I am also not sure when this was done but guessing 19th century although stumpwork can be much earlier. There are faint pencil marks on the backside indicating colors that are in English. Clearly as vibrant today as originally and would look great framed.
