Overall, in good used condition. Appears to be original cord. The green cast iron base shows some Patina. Upon plugging it in, it first has some metal scraping noise that goes away after a couple seconds. It acts like it wants to Oscillate but it doesn't on its own. Either the switch isn't working or it may need oiled.
