The panel is simple hemmed finished,scalloped edges to the sides overlocked hemmed top and bottom, it has a superb original period design
It may need to be turned along top to create a small slot along the top to create a rod pocket etc.....
An ecru/biscuit colour..refer to photos..some faint marks fading to the lovely colour so easy to dye too… …
