Capt. T. Mills had his independent bottling works and beverage business in Waverly, NY from the 1880's until the early 1900's. This bottle probably dates from either the 1880's or 1890's.
There is a small surface chip on the bottom rim on the underside. There is regular vintage wear from age and use. Please see pictures for condition detail.
