Antique Chicago Portrait Co. Heirloom Ornate brass scallop fringe Frame 16 inches tall. Has the original "Heirloom" picture installed. NO glass, not certain if it ever had glass. Plaque on back says it was commissioned in 1935, some onf the brass scrollwork is a little loose. Priced this frame low for quick sale, I need the room.
