Antique E & JB Empire Art Gold Brass Copper Glass Dresser Jewel Tray Lace Doily

This is part of my step-mother's estate. She had lots of nice antiques that she took very good care of. This dresser tray looks like brass on the top and copper on the bottom. It is embellished with beautiful multicolor jewels or rhinestones. I assume they are faux jewels. It is stamped with E&JB and PAT. APLD. FOR: which stands for "Patent Applied For. It's in great pre-owned antique condition. There are no jewels or rhinestones missing. There may be minor surface wear and patina, but nothing that stands out.
