The raised lid has an ornate geometric design and a metal carrying handle. A charming early utilitarian box with plenty of naturally aged character—great for display, small-item storage or primitive décor.
Measures approximately 8” long × 5.5” wide × 4” tall, excluding the raised handle.
The hinged lid opens and closes properly, and the front closure holds the box closed. No key is included. Please note that the weld/seam along one side is separated or poorly joined, as shown in the photos. This does not prevent the box from closing.
Antique pre-owned condition with age-related scratches, finish loss, discoloration, oxidation, tarnish, small dents and surface wear. The interior also shows wear and discoloration. No maker’s mark was found. Please review all photos closely for condition and measurements.
