Antique farm horse harness shackles, chain and link. Lot of 6 Items.
#0093: Shackle/Clevis with bolt and chain. The 9 link chain is hand-forged / black-smithed, and is pitted rusty. Chain is25" overall length, w/ chain links each about 3" long, 1.5" - 1.75" wide. Bolt w/ nut in the shackle is undersized in the shackle, and rusted in place. Shackle looks to have been cast, and is rusty.1.5" inner width on shackle, Bunched together: 6" x 3.5" x 2"; 25 Oz.#0094: Link. Is hand-forged iron; rusty and slightly pitted. 3*1/2" long x 3" wide, 1" tall; 9 Oz.
#0095: Shackle/Clevis with bolt:bolt currently rusted in place. Shackle has worn groove. Shackle opening: 2.25". 6" long x 5" bolt width x 1.5"; 25 Oz.
#0096: Shackle/Clevis, threaded for bolt (missing): Marked (cast in) as "386". Shackle is cast. Has a worn groove. Opening width of 1-7/8". 4-1/2" long x 3" wide x 1-1/4" thick; 11.5 Oz.
#0097: Shackle/Clevis, threaded for bolt (missing): Shackle is cast. Has a worn groove. Opening width of 2". 4-1/2" long x 3" wide x 1-1/4" thick; 12 Oz. (Except for the missing marking, is nearly identical to the prior shackle.)
#0098: Shackle/Clevis; holes for pin. Shackle likely forged (not cast). Shackle inner width: 2". Worn / rounded inner edge of the shackle. 5" long x 2-3/4" wide x 1" tall; 14.5 Oz.
