Antique Fenton Dragon & Lotus Marigold Carnival Glass 3 Footed Bowl 10.75\"

Beautiful antique Fenton Dragon & Lotus carnival glass bowl in the classic marigold iridescent finish.

This example has an especially attractive form featuring a ruffled/scalloped rim and three applied feet. The pressed design combines the well-known Dragon & Lotus motifs with detailed floral decoration throughout the bowl. The iridescent finish displays a range of colors depending on the lighting, including gold, amber, pink, purple, green, and blue tones.

The Dragon & Lotus pattern is associated with Fenton’s early carnival glass production and dates to the early 20th century. This three-footed ruffled form appears to be considerably less common than many of the standard Dragon & Lotus bowls and plates encountered 10 3/4 inches diameter

Condition:
Excellent antique condition. There are no chips, cracks, stains, or repairs that I can find. The glass remains bright and attractive with strong iridescence. Very little wear is visible for a piece of this age.
