Antique French Champleve Enamel Inkwell Pen Tray 19th C Painted Floral Plaque.
It is missing 1 screw, there is a small chip on the plaque. The plaque has a little wiggle to it and you can't see the chip if you just move it a little. I think there is a few minor ink spots. See all pictures for condition.
Limoges style painted enamel champleve mosaic brass base. Overall great condition especially considering the age.
