Offering a stunning antique late-19th-century French Catholic pocket prayer book, titled Paroissien Romain (No. 18), published by Dalpayrat et Depelley in Limoges, France. Dating to circa 1890, this pocket-sized liturgical book features bilingual text in Latin and French, elegant red-ruled borders, black-and-white vignette engravings, and full-color chromolithograph devotional plates. It still retains its original bookseller label from Thiriat-Deguines in Calais.

Cover & Binding: Features a decorative celluloid (faux-ivory) rigid cover with an intricate inlaid metal and mother-of-pearl floral spray, cross, and rosary design.
Page Edges: All-edge gilt (gold leaf) page edges.
Hardware Note: Please review photos closely. The matching folding metal arm/clasp that catches onto the side pin is missing (the base pin and side-mounting plate remain intact).
