Today we\'re offering a gorgeous little French ormolu miniature boudoir or table clock made in the late 1800\'s or early 1900\'s. We know it is French because of the letters R and A with an arrow between them impressed on the movement. We do not know who the maker is.
It stands approx. 3.5\" tall. The face appears to have gold hands - they might be solid gold, we do not know as we have not had the face open. It looks like it should have a hinged door on the front but it does not open and we don\'t want to force it. It looks like there is a little piece of paper or debris of some sort along the rim of the face as pictured. It should be easily removed once the face is opened. As you can see in the pictures, there are several jewels in the movement.
It\'s quite a lovely little clock!
