Antique wooden clipboard measuring approximately 15 x 9 inches, featuring a metal advertising clip marked “Compliments of [Fire] German American Insurance Company, New York.” The advertising clip likely dates to before 1918, when the company changed its name to Great American Insurance Company.
Features decorative lettering and a warm, aged wood finish. Spring clip opens and grips firmly. Shows scratches, discoloration, and surface wear consistent with age and use. The age and originality of the wooden board relative to the clip have not been verified.
An attractive piece of early insurance advertising for an office display or antique collection. Please review photos carefully for condition.
