Antique German Mohair Bunny Doll Head Easter Candy Container Top Rabbit For Sale

Unusual antique Easter bunny doll head, believed to be German and dating from the early 1900s–1930s. It features an inset doll face surrounded by worn brown mohair and tall fabric-lined rabbit ears.This appears to have originally been the head or removable top from a papier-mâché Easter candy container. Only the piece shown is included.It is in well-aged, as-found condition with considerable mohair loss, fraying and wear to the ears, discoloration, and wear to the doll’s face. Please review the photographs carefully for condition. I have not attempted to clean or repair it.A wonderfully strange little piece for an antique Easter, German toy, doll, or oddities collection.
