Item Description

This is a gorgeous, authentic 19th-century antique porcelain pitcher. This stunning piece features a classic Rococo revival design with a multi-sided body, heavy raised-relief scrolling ornamentation, and an elegantly curved handle highlighted with vibrant gold gilt detailing. The body is beautifully adorned with finely detailed, hand-painted floral bouquets featuring purple, pink, and yellow blossoms.

The bottom of the pitcher features an impressed/incised internal manufacturer's quadrant mark used by European factories for production tracking, dating this piece securely to the 1800s. Due to the lack of country-of-origin stamps, it is likely pre-1891 and reminiscent of high-end Old Paris (Vieux Paris) or German porcelain wares from the era.
