Offered here is an original antique Keystone View Company stereoview card featuring a beautiful early photographic view of one of the most iconic buildings in the United States:

“224 – The Capitol, Washington, D.C., U.S.A.”

The stereoscopic photograph shows a striking view of the United States Capitol Building, framed by large shade trees and the sweeping Capitol grounds. The image captures the impressive architecture of the Capitol dome and the long colonnaded wings of the building.

In the foreground, a lone figure stands on the walkway gazing toward the Capitol steps, adding scale and visual interest to the scene.
