Up for sale is an antique large euro sham. Front only. There is no pillow enclosure.
The design is hand sewn embroidery. Very intricate design. Flowers, leaves, scrolls, butterfly, R Monogram.
Late 1800’s.
These usually just were placed over the pillow.
White and pinkish red.
The border all around is ruffles with red work. Ruffles. Scalloped.
Cotton.
Freshly washed and ironed. I did not soak.
There are some age spots.
Measures 32” by 30”.
No holes. Spots may come out with soaking. .
