An artisan painstakingly shaped and curved the woven fabric tapes by hand, connecting them with delicate filling stitches over a fine diamond-mesh net ground. The scalloped edges are beautifully and cleanly finished.Uncovered at a premium estate sale, this piece has been safely packaged and stored away for decades.Condition Report:Condition: Mint antique condition.Flaws: Excellent unused condition.
