Antique Spelter Figure Of Man Pipe Match Cigarette Holder Tobacciana 1800’s For Sale

This is for a spelter match, cigarette holder. It has a man holding a pipe sitting on a reed basket. This was made in the late 1800’s. This figure is the same figure of a man used by Johann Maresh (1821 - 1914). This is an excellent example of Tobacciana and Black Americana. The paint has chipped. This piece measures 6 1/4” X 4” X 5 3/4” tall.
